1b) Using the spreadsheet in the link at the bottom of this page create a dummy variables for housing style.

1c) Using the spreadsheet in the link at the bottom of this page run a regression using adding the dummy variables you crated in 1b to the regression in 1a.

1d) Does housing style affect the price of a home? If so, explain and rank them from most expensive to least.
